Shipping Rates Throughout NZ:
1) Free shipping* for orders over $40 *Excludes orders containing food, some bulky/heavy items and shipping addresses that Courier Post consider as RD# (see below)
2) Orders under $40 = $5 shipping fee
3) An additional $5.50 rural (RD#) delivery fee (as of 01/12/23) will need to be added if Courier Post considers your address as rural. We are happy to send to alternate addresses if provided however items will not be sent to rural addresses until this fee is paid
4) Food or selected bulky items (including if over $40):
Up to 1.99kg = $5.50
2kg and over = $7.50
Collection (free) option also available - for locations, please enquire
5) Saturday delivery available for an extra fee - please contact us in advance to arrange this
Terms:
Orders will only be dispatched once we've received both an order and payment in full (cleared funds in our account).
Prescription medications (RVMs) will only be dispensed once we've received your order, payment in full and your pet's prescription (please see prescription information here).
During checkout, please select if you would prefer your order to be signed for or not - See following note: You may request that your delivery be left without signature but please note that this will affect your refund or compensation in the event of a lost parcel or failed delivery. If you choose for your delivery to be left without signature, you will not be entitled to a refund/replacement (full or partial) as it will void the delivery insurance provided by our courier.
We do not guarantee delivery on parcels that are sent with the non-signature/signature not required option selected, if there are instructions to leave a parcel at your premises, or if you have an existing authority to leave with any courier company.
If the incorrect shipping option is selected during checkout, we will contact you if we need to adjust this. It may cause a delay the dispatch of your order if there is an outstanding shipping fee to pay.
Dispatch:

Non-prescription items - We aim to dispatch orders of all non-prescription items within 24hrs of order placement Monday - Friday, as long as we have received full payment. Orders placed after 12pm will usually be dealt with on the following working day.

Products on prescription - RVMs (Restricted Veterinary Medicines) - These items are usually dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of an original prescription and payment reaching our account, Monday - Friday.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over a weekend/public holiday will usually be dispatched on the following business day

Please note that we will re-use cardboard boxes from time to time in an effort to be more eco-friendly
Delivery:
Typical delivery estimates are next day for both North and South Islands although rural deliveries and larger items may take up to 3 days longer.
If an order is sent using NZ Post, it will be sent without tracking/signature upgrades. If you would like either of these options, charges will apply so please contact us, before paying, to arrange this.
Delivery will be deemed to have been successful 5 working days (weekdays) after dispatch from our facility - please inform us if you have not received your order within the delivery estimates above.

In the unlikely event of failed delivery we will start the compensation process through our courier or NZ Post in order to rectify the problem. Depending on the situation, a replacement will be sent accordingly. Loss claims can only be made within 21 days of dispatch so we need to be informed of a missing parcel within 14 days of the expected delivery date in order to process the claim. If we're informed after this time, the courier insurance is void and we cannot make a claim and cannot compensate you for the missing item.
Damaged Goods:
Damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the item or we cannot proceed with a claim to replace the damaged item due to the insurance terms of our courier.
