A medication containing Cyclosporin for the treatment of atopic dermatitis in dogs.
Atopica comes in a variety of sizes for accurate dosing.
One of the most common allergic skin diseases in dogs is Atopic dermatitis. It is caused by allergens (e.g. house dust mites or pollens) which stimulate an exaggerated immune response in dogs with atopy. Atopy doesn't always occur seasonally, as it can occur as a non-seasonal condition but may be worse in summer.
Generally atopic dermatitis is a chronic, recurrent problem and requires lifelong management, as elimination of exposure to allergens is generally impossible.
