Description
Epiotic Ear Cleaner 120ml is a gentle, non-irritating solution designed to keep your pet’s ears healthy and clean. Perfect for routine maintenance, it helps remove wax, dirt, and debris while controlling odour. The soothing, pH-balanced formula is safe for both dogs and cats, reducing the risk of ear infections and irritation. Recommended by vets for regular ear hygiene and as part of managing chronic ear issues.
It is recommended that you take your pet to your vet for an ear examination before use as an ear cleaner. If you're unsure about how best to use this product or if problems persist, please consult your veterinarian.
For use as a general ear cleaner, it can be used from 2 times daily to 2-3 times a week to help get ear infections under control.
For use on skin lesions - Apply liberally to the affected skin 2-3 times daily or as directed by your veterinarian

Mode Of Action:
- Lactic acid and salicylic acid constitute an acid complex, which (in concert with propylene glycol) provides differential swelling of inert and viable tissue, and their products. These actions of the solution are keratolytic, ceruminolytic, cleansing and debriding - so as to very effectively remove scale and crust, sebum, wax, coagulated exudate, and necrotic debris
- Chloroxylenol has broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against commensals and common pathogens found on the skin and in the external ear canal
- Propylene glycol is hydrophilic and bacteriostatic
- Sodium docusate is a filming agent to improve spreading and aid drying. This also optimises conditions for otoscopic examination
- Specially formulated to cleanse without causing irritation (non-alcohol base)
- Non-ototoxic – benign to auditory structures, after prolonged use
Ingredients:
lactic acid 25 mg/ml, salicylic acid 1 mg/ml, chloroxylenol (pcmx) 1mg/ml, and propylene glycol; in a sodium docusate surface active vehicle.
